We are all about producing theatre that matters to you. We want you to see some element of your life on our stage in whatever form that occurs. That is our goal in every production, including “Sweet Storm,” which is Alchemy’s eighth production. With that in mind, we are proud to introduce our Eight is Enough Campaign. With all due respect to Dick Van Patten, the Eight Is Enough Campaign celebrates our eighth production and asks for your help in creating future Alchemy productions that are meaningful to you. We also believe that we are defined by where our money comes from, and we want to be defined as a company whose money comes from you. We have learned that relationships are essential and hope that our relationship together is fulfilling and meaningful. Thank you for your consideration in supporting our campaign: https://www.alchemytheatre.org/support/donation.php

I am very excited to introduce Alchemy’s new blog, along with our new website. We hope you’ll visit often, and feel free to bring gifts.
The Alchemy Blog will be a vital tool for us to better connect with each other. We hope you’ll join us to learn what we’re up to, why we’re up to it, and whether or not the police should be called.
Yet, we’re also extremely interested to hear from you. This blog is ours. We want to know what you think of our productions, of our company, of our mission. So, we excitedly wait to hear your thoughts and feelings.
We’ll be checking back soon. A lot is going on. First up is “Sweet Storm” a new play by Scott Hudson, the Daryl Roth Creative Spirit Award Recipient for 2009. A beautiful and touching play, “Sweet Storm” was developed at the Public LAB last year and is now being given its world premiere at Theatre Row. Alchemy is thrilled to be producing “Sweet Storm,” in association with LAByrinth Theater. Performance dates are June 11 – July 5.
Tickets are available through www.TicketCentral.com or 212-279-4200. $26.25 for performances; $21.25 for previews.
Thanks again for checking in with us. We’ll see you soon, and look forward to hearing from you often. Don’t be shy.
